What is the gift?
The recipient will receive 2 x samples of Tetley tea bags – 1x sample of Tetley Original black tea bag and 1x sample of Tetley Herbal Fresh Mint tea bag. Your gift can also include a personalised note!

Who can enter this promotion?
This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding anyone professionally associated with this Promotion, employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
How many times can I enter?
This promotion allows only 1 valid claim and gift per person/email address over the course of the promotional period.

This promotion applies to the following packs only which have been marked/labelled as being part of this promotion:

How can I send my gift?
To send your gift, visit the website either by scanning the QR code found on-pack or by visiting www.promoentries.com/tetleycuppa and enter the batch code found on-pack. Then, enter the recipient’s name, address details and a personalised message to claim.
I have entered my batch code online but it is not valid
In order to send your gift, please enter your valid batch code from the promotional pack. The format of the code will look like this; L XXXX XX:XX. If the code you have listed is invalid, please carefully check the characters of the code and try again.
Why do you need my post code at the time of entry?
This is mandatory information because of the restriction on the number of times you can enter and send the gift.
Can I only purchase the promotional packs in selected stores?
The promotional Tetley packs can be purchased at any store that stocks Tetley throughout the UK!
When will the recipient receive the gift?
Please allow up to 28 working days for your recipient to receive the gift.

My prize has not arrived and it has been over 28 working days, who do I contact?
In the unlikely event that a Gift doesn’t arrive within 28 working days of submitting a Gift confirmation, claimants will have a further 28 working days to inform the Promoter by visiting www.tetley.co.uk/contact. If a claimant does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Gift at its sole discretion.
